I found Rajshree to be the most enthusiastic and hard working agent I have ever dealt with. She loves her job and it certainly shows in her results. I am very grateful for her insightful and intimate knowledge of the area as well as her attention to detail. She certainly made a stressful process palatable.

I came to Raj when feeling totally hopeless about renting my property in Jersey City. I had hired an agent who was completely useless and unprofessional and was feeling very unmotivated. Raj turned everything around. She took it very seriously. My apartment sold within 90 days of being in her listing and above asking price. She did open houses and marketing and went above and beyond to give us results. Raj is very passionate about her job and takes each listing as a challenge and a project where losing is not an option. I recommend her to anyone that is doing their research on hiring a realtor. You will not be disappointed.

Raj is a very helpful and reliable agent for international buyers like us. She explained patiently to us all the rules and details that we needed to know since we had zero experience of property purchase in the US. And with her diligent hard work, the buying process went smoothly. She is skilled, experienced and most of all, she is very thoughtful and truly cares about her clients.

Raj is the hardest working agent that we have ever worked with! She goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the transaction moves forward in a smooth and swift manner. The buyer had complications with the lender but Raj was able to leverage her network to get the deal done. She worked  with an amazing photographer and had a great marketing strategy, which led to multiple offers on our place within a few weeks! I have recommended her services to a few neighbors and they have been just as pleased with Raj's diligence, responsiveness, and persistence.

Raj was helpful in finding a rental apartment as soon as possible. She was efficient and knowledgeable in the entire process whereas we were not. For our first time leasing an apartment, she got us through the entire process without any headaches. All negotiations with the Landlord were perfectly  handled by her based upon our needs. She got us everything we wanted in the lease contract! Although there were a few misunderstandings with the other agent, she was always present to help to enforce the contract or to discuss it even long after it signed. Would recommend her to all! 

Raj is what you call a thorough professional. Being new to the country, I was not aware of the market and t he processes. Raj ensured that I was felt relaxed from the very beginning and got me the house that I really wanted for my wife and toddler. Post the deal too, she has been very helpful and  supportive. I would recommend Raj to anyone who is looking to buy / rent / sell their property. She is an absolute delight to a customer. Raj, wishing you all the very best. You are a fantastic person. 

Rajshree did a great job as my realtor. She was friendly, energetic, and relentlessly positive. She was pro-active in showing the property. Since she lives in the area, she really knows both the local real estate market and and also how to reach out to parties who were interested the property. Once  I started working with Rajshree, I was able to leave all real estate questions in her hands, so I again could sleep at night, work my day job and get back to my life. Highly recommended! 

My roommate and I were first introduced to Raj by her associate, who told us that "no one will work harder for you than Raj". We found this to be completely true throughout the time in which we worked with her. From including a last-minute requrest to view an apartment we found online the same day,  to staying with us after office hours to candidly discuss the pros and cons of the apartments we had viewed, Raj was totally dedicated to making sure we were finding the place that best suited us.

I have yet to find a realtor that is more comitted and capable and Raj in the NYC area. I plan to work with Raj for my next apartment, and would recommend others to do the same.

Raj has assisted me in renting my properties over the years. Every single time she's went over and above her call of duty. Raj was my realtor for the purchase of a condo unit recently. She was a consummate professional from beginning to end, very responsive and very knowledgeable. This was my first real-estate transaction, but she was very patient with my ignorance about everything. I hope to continue working with Raj to rent out the unit going forward. Just a few examples of how she went above and beyond: - She has a deep network, and put me in touch with a mortgage lender, an attorney and an insurance broker. After the transaction closed, she sent me a long list of contractors. - She attended the inspection of the condo unit, even when I couldn’t make it, and she taped the entire process for my viewing later. -She constantly kept in touch not only with me, but also with my attorney and the mortgage lender to expedite the process and keep the timeline on track. - On a personal note, the closing date just happened to be on my marriage anniversary. Raj recommended a great restaurant in Jersey City for my wife and I, and gave us a bottle of Prosecco!

Raj was very helpful in helping me rent my unit at The Beacon. I live out of state so having someone as hands on as her was just what I needed. I highly recommend her if you have some real estate needs
